QUALITY MANAGEMENT

To guarantee the quality policy aimed to ensure the offered products and services satisfy the customer needs and expectances, RESI has set-up a Quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (VISION 2000) requirements.

RESI Quality management system is applied to the design, development, production, installation trade and servicing of the supplied systems.

The Quality management system highlights the activities relevant to the products and process quality, and defines the responsibilities, methodology, internal procedures, acceptance tests criteria and requested documentation taking in consideration the need of integration and harmonisation of the activities.

THE COMPANY

RESI has been established in 1987 as a software house for the development of telecommunication networks management systems. RESI is now a privately owned company part of a group counting around 200 people.

Thanks to its know-how and high qualified hardware and software engineers RESI designs and manufactures products and solutions for the most diversified applications in Network & Security Management and VAS for both domestic and international markets. By integrating its capabilities in IT, Network, Security and Media and through a continuous tecnology innovation RESI can fulfill the market growing need of multimedia solutions.
